Responsibilities:

• Support the division on all administrative matters such as staff timesheet management, documentation control, asset management, travel arrangement and manage office supplies and procurement.
• Assist in logistics and administrative support for meetings and events including obtaining necessary clearances for visitors, etc.
• Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding process
• Manage office facilities, equipment and maintenance
• Support Business Continuity Plan, Staff Welfare events and initiatives
• Communicate relevant office management information to the staff

Duration:

• 2 years agency contract

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

We're looking for a Senior Media Designer to join our Employer Branding team! This is a 1-year contract position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to understand content strategies, posting schedules, and copywriting needs for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Actively participate in creative planning sessions to interpret briefs, target audience insights, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the Groupe's social media tone and visual identity.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging posts, including graphics, animations, and video edits, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and more.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos at internal and external events, ensuring coverage aligns with the content calendar and enhances the Groupe’s storytelling.
• Aid social media manager in directing shots and conducting on-the-ground interviews with colleagues, making them feel comfortable while showcasing authentic and compelling stories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research with a well-defined research agenda during the term of the appointment (60% of the Fellow's portfolio) in order to secure a faculty position at a reputable Law School. It is expected that the Fellow will publish research papers in reputable refereed journals during his or her term of the appointment and give at least one Research Seminar at SMU annually.
• The Fellow will be expected to be collegial and assist in the administration work of CCLA at SMU which includes the organisation of seminars and conferences or other events for SMU and the writing of reports and position papers. Administrative work will form 40% of the Fellow's portfolio. Candidates who do not wish to do administrative work should not consider applying for this position.

• This position requires a doctorate degree in law from a reputable university.
• The candidate should possess research experience in dispute resolution and/or private international law with a demonstrated record of research output in the form of refereed journal articles or conference papers. An interest in research in the Asian context is an advantage but not mandatory. The applicant must be of exceptional calibre, having attained a doctoral degree in law, which must have been successfully completed and examined during the period of 1 January 2022 to present. Candidates who have completed and submitted their dissertation may also be considered.

The Fellow must be in residence at SMU throughout the term of his or her appointment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance department on a 1 year contract basis. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and financial tasks, including but not limited to processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end close procedures.
