Job Description:

The Sales Application Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to clients. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring that the company medical devices meet the specific requirements of healthcare professionals.

This position involves promoting and selling the Company’s products to hospitals and clinics, with a preference for candidates with a background in marketing medical equipment. Core responsibilities include establishing and nurturing customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and strengthening connections with Key Opinion Leaders. A solid understanding of hospital and procurement workflows is essential. The role also requires organizing and overseeing seminars and exhibitions, achieving sales targets, and conducting product presentations and training programs. Quarterly reporting includes assessing market intelligence, analyzing competition, and adapting strategies to meet evolving customer needs. Other critical duties involve managing the life cycle of various products, implementing brand management activities, and collaborating on new launch plans. The candidate will also be responsible for controlling project costs within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures alignment with the Project Management team on Project contract administration needs, objectives and requirements.
• Ensures the project team understands and utilizes the contracts properly.
• Advises the Project Management Team, Procurement Manager and Subcontracts Manager of company on aspects of Project execution which deviates from contract requirements.
• Analyses the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses
• Provide alternate mitigating contract articles and successfully negotiate with customers with compelling arguments.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Coordinate and execute the activities related to design and creation, data consolidation and validation of master data for CPS Asia concentrate plants and distribution centers, including the creation, extension, change management, and audit of master data in the SAP (S/4 HANA) system.

Job Descriptions

• Understand the drawings and job specifications, draft method statements on the assigned tasks and seek approval from Supervisor.
• Plan and order for equipment and material required on the tasks, seek client approvals (as and when required) on time so as to minimise delays.
• Prepare the ITP (inspection and test plan) documents, job hazard analysis (JHA) and risk assessment report for the assigned tasks in consultation with Supervisor.
• Prepare, review, and monitor the look ahead programme with planning engineer to identify slippages and propose mitigation measures.
• Monitor progress against the program milestones for on-time completion, monitor production rate and provide feedback to Supervisor on resource allocation.
• Check workmanship and quality against specifications in drawings and ITP requirements, perform other quality tests as required.
• Provide inputs to Supervisor to minimise wastage, optimise material/labour costs and allocate costs under the correct code.
• Identify necessary client and authority submission requirement and obtain approval in advance to avoid potential delays.
• Understand HSE requirements based on company’s internal framework, local regulations and contractual obligations.
• Eliminate, manage Class 1 Risk involved in the job scope assigned, communicate the same to subordinates, subcontractors and monitor compliance on an on-going basis.
• Report non-compliance issues to the Supervisor and take corrective actions as directed.
• Prepare weekly OFI (opportunities for improvement) reports and share it with the Safety Officer.
• Participate in safety walks with the team, as scheduled.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo System Administrator to join our team and manage our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in implementing and maintaining Odoo ERP systems and a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our P2P operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Odoo system. You will be reporting to the SEA Procurement Director, but collaborate heavily with the IS&T Application Manager, Finance and other key cross functional executives across the SEA.

Responsibilities:

Odoo System Administration liaising with IS&T team and/or external vendor:

● Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.

● Customize and develop modules to meet the specific needs of the Procure-to-Pay process.

● Manage system upgrades & improvement, patches, and security updates.

● Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
