Partnerships

• Work closely with the Bank’s Partnerships team to maintain and execute against the Programme for Industry Specialists (APIs) including but not limited to identifying areas of amplification / lead generation opportunities, developing programme materials and assets for marketing and partner engagement.
• Develop marketing and utilisation plans to enable business goals at programme and partner levels.

The Marketing Specialist - APAC works in collaboration with the APAC Marketing Team on daily marketing activities and projects that are directed at maximizing company visibility and profitability. Such projects include congresses, marketing campaigns, physician education events and internal-facing events. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the APAC Commercial Team to facilitate internal processes.

You will be responsible in:

· Supports the APAC Marketing department in all aspects of commercial administration and activities

Your new role

• Be the expert in the team and business, able to understand and resolve all detailed queries around trading positions, risk, reconciliation and PnL.

Our client is an American aerospace manufacturer. They manufacture military rotorcraft as well as commercial helicopters. Our client also involves in wholesale of aircraft equipment and aircraft supplies (including aeronautical equipment).

General Responsibilities:

• Work with Aftersales Sales Manager / CSS to support RFQs
• Responsible for coordinating with Buyer, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Finance and Logistics Department to ensure necessary tools, equipment and spare parts are ordered and made available during lifecycle of the project.
• Liaise with CRO shop to provide detail teardown report and final costing to Planning Manager before submission to ASM / CSS.
• Track and communicate status updates to the relevant department to ensure project timeline is met.
• Liaise with customers to define SOW and ensure that their requirements are met per scope of work.
• Issue Work Pack in manual form as well as RAMCO work pack and issuance of Material Request (MR) in RAMCO for the timely order of the necessary parts for the CRO and MRO projects
• Issue PO request to procurement for the items that need to be send out to external vendor for repair / exchange or outright purchases as well as to vendor for NDT and surface treatment
