Gross Salary up to $2600

Job Description:

• Assist Head/ Senior Chef in the preparation of Thai cuisine.
• Assist in cooking side dishes and preparation of ingredients.
• Checking food and ingredients for freshness.
• To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
• Working well under pressure and within the time limit.
• Ensuring that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Head Chef or Senior Chef.

Requirements:

• Chinese and Thai cuisine background preferred
• Able to read, write and speak simple English
• Prefer with a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Location:

• Clarke Quay | Bedok

Working Hours: (OFF day based on roster, roster arrange by manager)

• 6 days per week
