Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in preparing and cooking North Indian fusion dishes.
• Perform basic cooking tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and plating dishes.

• Ensure that all food is prepared to the restaurant’s high standards in terms of quality and presentation.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management by keeping track of kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Requirements:

Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.
