Job Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll processing and sales commission computation.
• Preparing annual staff performance appraisal, annual bonus, and salary review exercise

As the Executive Assistant to the ZVP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the executive office. • Extensive calendar management, including prioritizing and arranging meetings and appointments.
• Ensure regular schedule of recurring meetings with all ZVP's direct reports.
