The Role:

What You Will Do - Essential Duties

Conflicts of Interest:

1. develop and maintain knowledge of legal ethics and professional responsibility rules relating to lateral attorney and new matter conflicts of interest as well as relevant Latham procedures, policies, and practices.

What You Already Have – The Prerequisites

1. Education & Certification – You have a Bachelor’s degree, a law degree from an accredited law school and active bar status in California, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, or Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary goal is to ensure clients assigned to you renew their insurance policies with us smoothly and that their insurance enquires are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Key insurance classes you will need to handle include Professional indemnity, Cyber, Crime and Director & Officers Insurance.
• This is client facing role and you are expected to be the key point of contact for your clients.
