Your key roles & responsibilities include:

Agency operations:

· Preparation / calculation for loan draw down and associated payments, P + I + fee payments, loan prepayments, reserves, etc.(role of “Maker” for own projects and “Checker” for team members projects)

· Maintenance of transaction records, contact lists, etc

· Safekeeping of securities – maintenance of up-to-date security records (eg: share registers, documentation log, obtaining confirmations from our custodian agents, etc.)

Fixed deposit placements:

Remittance applications:

What you should have:

· A degree in Business, Accounting or Banking & Finance with at least 5 years of syndicated loan agency or project finance experience.

· Confident, proactive, able to multi-task (good time management) and work under pressure.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and source suitable venues, F&B vendors, partners, organization gifts/collaterals, photographers/videographers/writers, AV requirements, etc.

• Identify and connect with key decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Treasury) in the Large & Middle Market segments to develop strong business relationships through presentations.
• Prepare detailed credit propositions, including cash flow projections and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong business network with key decision-makers in Large & Middle Market segments, especially in Logistics, ICT (Digital Infrastructure, Data Centers), Semiconductors, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Nutrition & Agriculture.
• Proven track record of originating a minimum of SGD 50MM (or equivalent USD) in financing annually, including corporate loans, project finance, leasing, and hire purchase (excluding syndicate loans).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis, project cash flow, and credit risk assessment.

About the role

The Senior Payroll Executive is responsible for full spectrum of payroll function including processing of salaries/ wages, pay adjustment, CPF submission, annual tax filing as well as regular headcount & reporting related to payroll, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and compliance. This is a one-year contract position.

What you will be doing

• Manage mid to complex monthly payroll processing across different shift patterns including overtime pay, festive advance pay, ad-hoc payroll and allowances.
• Ensure timely submission of tax clearance for non-local leavers.
• Prepare various quarterly accrual and provision reports for Finance reporting.
• Assist in preparation for journal posting to Finance system.
• Assist to prepare pre-payroll activities (e.g month end data for payroll checking, leave and attendance checking).
• Manage stakeholders enquiries relating to payroll costs, reports and grants computation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
