• Ensure procedures and reports comply with regulations.
• Oversee and manage the HR function, including payroll, recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and performance management.
• ensure that CRL’s internal control and governance measures comply with relevant regulations and requirements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be able to perform end-to-end Equities, Mutual funds, and Options Transactions/Corporate actions etc.
• Check and verify that all securities/trade transactions are completed, settlements instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Reconciliation trade/shares, corporate actions for Equities, Mutual funds, and Options.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience with more than 2 years of relevant experience in Equities or Derivatives in either a retail or institutional environment.
• Trade support/settlement in either stockbroking firms, custodian/banks or clearinghouse.
• Knowledge and experience in Equities/Options/ Mutual funds etc would be beneficial.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (verbal & written) is a must as communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts in China is necessary.
• Proficient in MS office and Excel.
