JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the financial performance of the outlet in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Responsible for producing monthly reports as requested.
• Ensure all internal procedures are followed and respected.

• Identify and conceptualize the client’s requirements and expectations for each event
• Preparation of Event Orders and being responsible to ensure they are accurate to what has been agreed with clients and are issued and distributed in a timely fashion
• Prepare all materials like proposals, contracts, and all other inter-departmental forms accurately.
• Liaise with the kitchen and service team during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
• Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
• Oversee all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Ensure that a high standard of service is delivered by the department at all times.
• Supervise and ensure all inventories are accurately completed at the end of the month, performing spot-checks as required.
• Manage situations (guests, employees, maintenance) with the highest level of professionalism.
• Ensure disciplinary action is executed responsibly, appropriately and as required in accordance with company standards. Address all matters diplomatically and fairly, understanding that there are always two sides to every story.
• Apply offers, promotions and pricing adjustments as required to develop the outlet’s revenue.
• Be fully aware of the licensing regulations and abide by these rules. Be fully aware of fire and safety regulations.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification with revelant experience.
• Have prior experience in doing event/sales coordinator jobs will be advantages.

Responsibilities

• Sales and target driven, meet and exceed sales target. Preferably a hunter and hungry for new business successes, generating new business and expanding footprint for new customer.

Business Management and Team Support (50%)

• Manage the business for the Asia Marketing team, proactively supporting the team together through important planning cycles, managing meeting rhythms and stakeholders, and collaboration across functions.
• Coordinate marketing newsletters, reporting on execution excellence and campaigns, creating presentation templates to enable teams to showcase their best work (quarterly marketing calendar and assets calendar)
• Support Asia PO hygiene, maintenance and tracking initiatives for the team.
• Work along with all marketing stakeholders to support team success with key regional projects.

Tools Project Management (50%)

• Be the ASIA Point of Contact for landing the Remap Tool.
• Ensure World Wide team understand Asia pain points, help on accelerating resolution of technical problems for Asia team, coordinate ad hoc training when needed
• Assessment - coordinating timeline, consolidating results and work with the Asia Marketing team members to ensure landing of marketing fundamentals through partners and constantly monitor the optimization to enhance the consumer journey.

• At least 2 years experience in marketing projects management from an advertising/media agency or a project manager in a tech firm across more than 1 countries
• Well versed in Microsoft Technologies like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SharePoint, PowerPoint

Job Description

• Responsible for supporting SIA Group Finance suite of systems.
• Part of the team that will be responsible for implementation of new systems (including S/4 HANA and other systems) as part of Finance transformation roadmap for SIA Group.

Confirm donation and income received through the 3 banks by downloading statements online.
