Job Description

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks within the sales department.
• Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for sales department.
• Provide consultation services to student, recruitment agents and corporate client interest in programs and services such as admission, advancement, instalments, enrolment Program, and other professional programs’ admission requirements.
• Provide a high standard of service to potential and existing corporate clients, students, recruitment agents, through proper advice, attending to walk-ins, telephone inquiries, emails, and other communications.
• Conduct research and collect data to identify new sources of student recruitment.
• Assists to prepare sales action plans and schedules to identify specific new accounts and sales targets and to project the number of program enrolments to be made. Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment target.
• Campaign and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels with the support of external marketing company.
• Provide Accuracy of database information, timeliness of responses, recognition and fulfilment of prescribed standards and deadlines.
• Compile and feedback on market recruitment trends, intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Organise educational and recruitment events and exhibitions. Monitoring performance of assigned campaign and on-site show.
• Update databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years working experience in a relevant industry
• Diploma/Degree in any field of study

• Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Processing of day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping, billings, collections and payments
• Prepare bank statement reconciliation
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly financial management report
• Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts
• Assist in preparing audit schedules
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain strict confidentiality on company and clients information
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities

• The responsibility to support and gradually undertake the entire on-boarding process for new employees is a fundamental part of this role. In addition, the role requires hands in involvement to meeting, interviewing and inducting new employees to better achieve a successful long term fit in the company.
• The responsibility to accurately and efficiently manage and maintain overall employee database records in information systems is expected. Also the incumbent will help produce up to date HR metrics and key indicators to support management decision making and direction.
• By extension, this role supports the entire off-boarding work processes whilst maintaining and adhering to statutory requirements, existing HR policy and practices and TAFEP guidelines.
• The administration of payroll processing ie Attendance checking, incentive payment verification, OT claims, and allowances, etc will be fundamental in this role to better help understand overall daily HR activities and demand across various school locations.
• The role requires the person to be well informed at all times of current and new MoM regulations, Statutory Acts & legislations. Such information has direct impact over company policies and reporting and shall determine how employees’ welfare, benefits and compensation is devised.
• As part of the team, this role supports ongoing and new staff welfare and activities with an objective to achieve best in class work life balance and employee satisfaction standards in the sector.

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRM / HRD / Business Administration from a recognised institution.
• The candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills with an acute ability to prioritize and execute important assignments and projects.
• The candidate must be a self-driven individual, fiercely independent and objective to assignments whilst able to work well in a team setting to meet collective departmental goals and targets.
• Proficiency in office software literacy ie MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite etc.
• A sound working knowledge and competency in operating an HRIS with an excellent grasp of Singapore employment and related acts, will be much preferred.

About This Role:-

AsiaNext seeks to develop a fair, orderly and transparent exchange that facilitates members and participants to have equal access to information and transparent trading rules.

This role will be performed on shift work basis where candidate will be primarily tasked to work on the market surveillance role in monitoring, identifying and escalating instances of market abuse or misconduct and other manipulative practices that compromise the fair, orderly and transparent exchange operations of the trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of client support on Member’s account or trade related queries.
• Monitor platform processes and ensure the system batch run is executed successfully for the hourly settlement run covering critical processes such as MTM margin calculation and risk limit notification.
• Activate contingent procedure to mitigate any system or data feed outage that affect the system batch run and hourly margin computation.
• Monitor member’s margin balance position and follow up with Members proactively to manage their margin call if it is triggered.
• Monitor member’s credit or concentration limit and follow up with Members to manage their risk limit exposure if it is breached.
• Escalate to Ops management on any major operation process, system run or data feed failure for coordinated and prompt resolution.
• Perform level 1 analysis and review of any market surveillance alerts triggered and forward to Ops management for level 2 review on alert closure or further escalation if the alert event affect the working of a fair, efficient and transparent market.

Qualifications And Experience

Education

• Diploma in banking and finance, business management/Higher NITEC in business.

Experience and Skill

• Prior experience working in a related role in the banking/securities services/fintech/payment industry will be desirable.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory and market conduct rules and other related regulations will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have proven analytical and eye for details
• Collaborative, self-discipline, and team focus
• Ability to pick up the learning with the training provided and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work in different shifts to cover the 24x7 operations

Time:

7.30am to 7.30pm (Day Shift)

7.30pm to 7.30am (Night Shift)
