About the Role:

As a member of the Confluent Sales Team, the Commercial Account Executive is responsible for selling Confluent solutions into small and medium-sized enterprises in Singapore. We expect you to use your prospecting, sales, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively sell Confluent offerings into leading companies in order to meet and exceed your quarterly sales target. You must possess a "hunter/closer" mentality with a proven track record of success within a value-driven sales model.

What You Will Do:

• Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. Territory may be a combination of geographic, product, industry, and other customers/market dimensions
• Sells to the territory directly or via partners
• Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, customer success, and support to uncover all customer needs
• Responsible for understanding product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the sale
• Travels to customer sites to identify/develop sales opportunities when required
• Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
• Onsite customer presentation with C-levels (as required) to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals
• Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales
• Comfortable negotiating SaaS/cloud/software contracts

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years experience growing pipelines and selling enterprise IT solutions in the small and medium-sized enterprises in Singapore
• Experience progressing deals through the sales process to close
• Consistent track record of success and history of quota attainment in consultative sales environments
• Knowledge of Open Source, Big Data, Cloud, Systems Infrastructure, Enterprise Application Integration, Database and/or Data warehouse concepts and products advantageous
• Adept at using Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage accounts, contacts, and opportunities throughout the sales process
• Outstanding communication skills - written and oral including strong presentation skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• High integrity and self-driven
• Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts

• Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Role

As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible in managing clientele’s portfolio and providing corporate secretarial support for relevant company legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handling a full suite of corporate secretarial duties which will include incorporation of Singapore companies (private limited, company limited by guarantee etc.) and filing documents with ACRA
• Assist in data collection from clients for the purpose of conducting compliance review
• Utilising screening applications to perform due diligence checks on background checks for prospective and current clients
• Continued evaluation of files to make sure adequate compliance reviews. Maintain accurate and organised records of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Performing routine tasks to assist the team in maintaining compliance files and records in order to become familiar with the relevant regulatory and record keeping requirements
• Assist in the development, review, and update of compliance policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current regulations and best practices
• Participate in risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of statutory documents such as board resolutions and minutes
• Ability to handle high volume of requests
• Ability to act as key liaison between the clients and the organisation to fulfil duties required

Qualifications and Skills
