Job Responsibilities:
-Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports in English and Chinese language
-Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level
-Manage office equipment and stationery procurement
-Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers
-Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders
-Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ
-Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation
Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
-Required skills: MS Office, MS Word
-At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
