Working hours:
1. Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
2. Saturday 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM
a. Assist customer enquiries & complaints
b. Manage all work permit transactions in MOM Portal (Application, Issuance, Appeals, Transfer & Booking of MOM Card Registration Appointment)
c. Escalate appeals to MOM via email/call when required
d. Follow-up closely on rejection cases with Employers directly to resolve the appeals
e. Provide admin support to ensure all documents are completed in an accurate and timely manner
f. Email Employers for signature request when required
g. Purchasing and liaising with insurance company when required
h. Update regularly on Work Permit status
i. Manage MDW’s biodata record check
j. Manage the booking of SIP
k. File payment receipts when required
l. Send Transfer list to team when required
m. Send MOM QR & transfer consent form to Employers for transfer cases
n. Create Job sheet for helpers prior to arrival
o. Update when helper return for transfer or repatriated
p. Print documents when required in office
q. Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
