• Degree in medical or in life science with at least 5 years professional work experience in invasive catheter or cardiology related medical devices’ clinical evaluation, with PhD is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge on regulatory requirements relating to clinical evaluation is a must, with MDR 2017/745 background is an added advantage.

About the Role

We have an immediate opening within the legal team for an enthusiastic and talented commercial technology lawyer to join our close-knit APAC legal team, with the role based out of Singapore.

We are seeking a business-oriented lawyer with broad experience in supporting Confluent’s Sales organizations in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements together with additional responsibilities as needed in support of Confluent’s other lines of business. Experience in local employment-laws and ensuring adherence to compliance programs is also desirable. The position reports into the Deputy General Counsel, APAC (who is based in Sydney).
