2. Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
3. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related datas
4. Responsible for payroll related duties
5. Monitor for staff leave and entitlement
6. Handle periodical surveys from government agencies
7. Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assignements

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of HR working experience
2. Excellent oral, written and communication skills
3. Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of staffs
4. Possess initiative and a positive attitude
5. Able to work independently and a good team player
6. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
7. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
8. Must have experience working at Indian restaurants environment
9. Willing to work on weekends

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to align design drawings with regulatory requirements.
• Create technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and structural shop drawings
• Address construction issues on drawings and maintain close communication with Architectural, M&E teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Evaluate and propose solutions for technical challenges, while planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of shop drawing production
• Oversee a team of BIM Modelers responsible for generating coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering or it's equivalent
• At least one year related working experience
• Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore is an added advantage
• Have familiarity with British and Singapore Design Standards.

Requuirement

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or supply chain related course.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Logistics operations.
• Good communication skill & team player attitude.
• Proficient with excel /pivot table/ vlookup
