JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product strategy, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Own full components of product analytics (headroom, customer segmentation, key success metrics) with limited guidance, ensuring insights are delivered on time and meet defined goals. Be able to answer questions with a short turnaround time.
• Develop and deliver compelling reports and presentations that communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively solve problems within a given scope. Demonstrate creative thinking and propose innovative solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, product strategy, or similar roles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, manage projects effectively, and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Director of the Distribution Team, the Sales Manager (Distribution) will be responsible for selling products or services through our distribution channel. The role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, working with the sales team, building relationships with distributors, analyzing market trends, and creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for distribution channels to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in the distribution channel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, with sales director, and market trends to the management.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in the distribution channel.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in working in a sales environment, and achieving sales targets.
• Preferred Experience in the distribution channel, preferably in the marine communications industry, and in Asia markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging trends in the distribution channel.
