Main Responsibilities:

To ensure monthly and annual sales target set are achieved.

To host company events and attend external trade events when required.

To work on duty roster with co-colleague to ensure enough manpower is on duty to manage the showroom to provide a memorable shopping experience.
Maintenance of the showroom, ensuring all items are kept in a clean and presentable manner.
Coordinating with the warehouse for specific delivery requirements or updates that have been discussed with the client.

Requirements:

Minimum of Higher Nitec Level with at least 1-2 year sales experience or relevant experience.
Independent and proactive.
Great communicating skills and team player.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.

Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotion
Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analysing, and summarising expenses, and forwarding for reimbursement.
Update customer records in the company database as required
Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Assistant Manager Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.

Day to Day Activities

Execute day-to-day people operations and processes relating to the full employee life cycle in GetGo, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Collaborate closely with Business Units to understand business goals and objectives, and align HR initiatives to support these goals
Conduct employee surveys, compile and analyse HR metrics and reports, and leverage on data to make recommendations to managers and leaders for HR initiatives
Execute culture and engagement initiatives that align with the company’s mission, values and employee engagement goals, and foster a positive workplace culture
Support the development and execution of Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and development, and foster a learning culture
Proactively identify ways to enhance and streamline work processes to improve service delivery and efficiency
Maintain knowledge of HR trends, new technology and best practices to better provide insights to drive innovation and improvements to processes and workflow
Other ad-hoc duties and HR projects as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related qualification
Minimum three (3) years of HR Generalist or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of labour law and regulation
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, G Suite and HRIS
