Responsibilities

• Lead effective implementation of projects in Deposit Group
• Handle requirement analysis, functional specification review and sign off
• Effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders at all levels
• Working with a team in preparation of UAT plans, scenarios and test cases and execution of UAT
• Lead defect management, scope creep and risk identification
• Prepare target operating models and provide end user training
• Handle management reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Degree in Banking/Finance/Business with at least 3-5 years of experience in Account Services (customer account opening/update/closing) & credit limits creation/update operations or related function
• Experience in project management an added advantage
• Ability to manage projects with strong risk awareness, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills, decisive in communications

Accounts Receivable 70%

• Record and posting of customer payment/receipts
