• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product penetration plans to meet sales and business goals, including revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to prepare tender documents, determine pricing, and submit tenders promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with key, existing, and potential customers.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and stay informed of product developments.
• Conduct supplier sourcing activities, evaluate product quality against requirements, and follow up on logistics after purchasing.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and summaries of sales activities.
• Ensure all necessary documentation complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BizSafe, and other relevant safety standards.

• Able to present design ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders such as clients, vendors etc
• Lead and follow through the projects from conceptualisation to completion
• Take initiative in following up with clients on the progress of the projects and vendors on the progress status
• Expected to play project supervision role and able to go into cost negotiation with both clients and vendors
• Able to bring in consistent and steady sales figures
