Qualifications

• Experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on Sales or 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
• Excellent sales, analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations.
• Handle sales order processing including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of inquiries, providing effective solutions to customer issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and service.
• Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Engage with key external customer contacts as necessary.
• Coordinate projects and support the lead manager, ensuring timelines are adhered to and projects remain on track.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or a related field.

• Strong phone presence with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic about developing consultative sales skills and supporting the team in meeting monthly targets.
