Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to finalize contract terms and pricing structures.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software
