Job Scope:

• To meet the management-set sales goal
• Represent the business and establish yourself as an authority in the construction sector
• Be a HUNTER to spot growth prospects in the construction industry and with possible clients.
• Uphold and oversee superior consumer connections while comprehending their demands and providing value
• Analyze and provide your assessment of a potential new client
• Create and manage a network list involving all relevant parties, such as developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry

• Ownership of a car is required (Candidates without a car currently can be considered, but must obtain one within six months)

• Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales

Job scope

• Issue invoices and update receivables

• Monthly CPF submission

• Submission and follow up on government grants

• Maintain records of invoices, debits, and credits.

• To verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales team and customers.

• Responsible for resolving valid and/or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
