Job Descriptions/ Key Responsibilities:

· Provide accounts receivable support to the finance team.

· Follow up on customer queries relating to outstanding invoices and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that queries are resolved to receive prompt settlement.

· Follow up on outstanding past due with customers for better cash flow.

· Accounting for logistics and ad-hoc projects

· Update daily incoming fund and supporting documents for bank receipts.

· Posting of receipt entries in accounting system

· Perform receipt allocation in accounting system.

· Update monthly bank reconciliation and monthly audit schedule.

· Generate monthly Accounts Payable and Receivables aging reports.

· Any other ad hoc project assigned by the management.

Candidate’s Requirements:

· Obtained Diploma qualification in relevant discipline or similar.

· At least 2 years’ working experience in the related field.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Responsible, team player and willing to learn.

Salary Range : $2800 to $3200

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional Admin & Accounts Executive who is willing to learn.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a cheerful and helpful attitude.
• To perform basic accounting tasks i.e. create invoices, reconcile statements and payments, balance sheet, P&L, end of year etc.
• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing. Able to handle multiple set of accounts.
• To provide office administration duties, filing organizing and managing the day to day running of the office
• Liaise with and organize paperwork for government departments (ACRA, IRAS, CPR etc.)
• To manage incoming corresponding(email, faxes, mails & telephone calls)
• To assist in preparation in monthly financial statement
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction field & minimum 2 years of keeping full set of accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and local regulatory requirements is preferred
• Other qualities sought include proficiency in Excel and other MS office applications.
• Strong and creative analytical skills and able to work independently
• Must be highly organized – office filling and regulatory paperwork organization

• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, engineering tools, and SaaS products. Skills in AWS, Jenkins, Terraform, and security analysis are essential
• Understanding of professional services in a tech environment, including project management, contractual requirements, and financial governance
• Able to develop business objectives, produce in-depth reports and forecasts, and manage business KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships at all organizational levels
