Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Build the brand image through sound conceptualization and execution of publicity materials, marketing collaterals, newsletters, etc. in accordance to the group’s communications strategy
• Drive and develop innovative design concepts that cross multiple channels ranging from print,digital and social media.
• Produce collaterals, publicity materials and newsletters, in response to the brief, fromconceptualization to execution to final production for various platforms.
• Propose forward-thinking design ideas.
• Work closely with other offices in the team, internal stakeholders, communications colleaguesfrom other entities as well as appointed vendors in alignment with the brand image and standards.
• Undertake other communications functions, duties and projects such as events management,photo shoots, video shoots, Etc.
• Handle logistics and operations in relation to events like Baby Fairs and Seminars.
• Directly responsible for all marketing and market development activities in line with companystrategy.

• Actively participate in global and regional HR projects, contributing to impactful initiatives at the country level.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or other related courses with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Prior experience in manufacturing environment with direct sourcing capabilities will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Perform monthly AR functions such as billing and etc

2 Perform weekly donations finance function to check, download from the donation’s online platform and update the donor’s information into IRAS DMS online portal and to generate the Tax or Non-Tax Deductible Receipt to the individual or corporate

3 Prepare for quarterly reporting for ILTC MOH Subvention Subsidies, Medifund/FAS Statistic for half-yearly and yearly, Medifund/FAS projections and any other required government or agencies reporting

4 Prepare the quarterly GST Returns for review. And to prepare the annual long period adjustment for GST after the Audit FS is finalised

5 Prepare schedules for all balance sheet accounts on monthly basis. Review and follow up with the respective account owners on clearance of old ageing items

6 Assist to liaise with internal and external parties on various accounting matters, including external auditors for year-end audit

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting

- Partial to full sets of accounts knowledge

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences and preferably has Nursing Home exposures

- Able to handle stress and ad-hoc emergency sourcing matter
