• Manages the team to check on functional operation of each Dish Wash Machine, co-ordinate and follows up with Engineering and chemical technician for any faulty issues.
• Manages the garbage collection schedule and also ensures that the recycle program is conducted as per established. 
• Oversees that the kitchen floor is clean and dry at all times, looks out for any potential safety hazard issue and tries to eliminate it immediately.
• Oversees the sanitation of all operation equipment are done as per kitchen’s hygiene standards requirement.
• Oversees that the work procedure in the kitchen are carry out as per HACCP’s requirement and the safety aspect is in line with WSH. 
• Oversees that all HACCP check-list and documentation are updated on a daily basis.
• Leads all the kitchen walk through (WSH / Hygiene / Pest-Control) and rectifies all findings immediately.

Management and Leadership of the Stewarding Team

• Makes routine rounds within the kitchen area during meal periods.

>SEO

>Enhance online shopping experience

>Managing social media & brands channels

>Tracking site data

>Monthly Campaign and furnishing marketing strategies

>Managing other marketing duties, such as email marketing

>Assist in Walk-in Customers.

>Reach out to Event companies & Bars

Requirements:

-Great interpersonal and communication skill

-Able to work alone

-Able to use & understand Google Analytic, Google ads and other marketing tools

-Willing to learn and explore, not afraid of hands-on.

-Responsible and honest

-Knowledge in liquor is a plus

Primary Duties:

· Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries

· Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers

· Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender submissions

· Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Secondary Duties:

· Develop appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools

· Understand the market and find new avenues to generate business to hit department targets

· Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business.

· Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager

· Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions and events as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holders in any discipline, entry level/no experience are welcome to apply
• Have an inclined interest and willingness to learn engineering and technical concepts to solve customer problems
• Knowledge in building materials industry is an advantage to generate new businesses
• Proficiency in office productivity tools
• Independent and focused, with high sense of initiative to work unsupervised

Job Description

• Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating of ‘live’ events, conferences and exhibitions in Singapore and regional countries.
• Manage all production requirements for events and exhibitions including application of necessary permits and licenses.
• Vendor sourcing and managing suppliers relationships.
• Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing.
• On site set up assistance and management for events and exhibitions.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.

Criteria

• Relevant academic background in project / production management for relevant events, conferences or exhibition.
• Up to 2 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in set construction requirements for events and exhibitions.
• Detailed communication and follow up with internal design and events teams.
• Supplier management and quality control to ensure suppliers deliver high quality finishing.
• Good organisational techniques with attention to details.
• Understand AutoCAD layout and technical production plans.
• Possess positive attitude.

• Responsible for the entire procurement procedures including purchase requisitions, obtain quotes, purchase orders and delivery of goods according to the purchasing guidelines.
• Negotiate and build a good working relationship with the suppliers.
• Create inventory control and stock take for all goods supplied and delivered.
• Liaise with the Superintendents and vessels for matters relating to requisitions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing, or Supply Chain with equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Marine/Shipping industry.
