Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
   Plan and oversee advertising and promotion campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations initiatives.
   
2. Sales Management:Drive sales performance to meet revenue and growth targets.
   Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and partners.
   Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

The Retail Fashion Advisor is the customer service specialist of the store. You can take great care of our customers and are responsible to exceed their expectations by listening to their needs, answering questions about products and services, finding products that meet their needs, providing in depth product information about the goods they are interested in and achieving sales, delivering service and operations excellence.

You also engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store in order to drive seamless customer experience across channels and handle order fulfilment processes for customers in store. You will be operating in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-centric store environment.

As the first point-of-contact in store, you are the ambassador of the organisation, a highly motivated and service-oriented individual and communicates well and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop potential sales and businesses plan to achieve

• Liaise with clients on project details, design concepts and requirements
• Manage client’s expectations on projects, events or exhibition
• Prepare budget and cost management for tender submission or quotation for client's review

Job Description

• Drive sales across all the company’s offline sales channels, including retail stores, distribution channels and private shopping service, through setting short and long-term channel strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.

• Work with and mentor the retail sales team to ensure that flagship store sales targets are met through building a sales strategy, running promotional activities.

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key internal/external personnel across sales channels.

• Work on opening and managing distribution for exclusive brands under the company, with key strategies implemented to achieve distribution sales goals.

• Building on customer engagement initiatives and implement improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience.

• Provide feedback to Management team on consumer sales trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives.

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel partners.

• Accountable for weekly sales reporting at Management meetings.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

• Develop strategies and ideas for campaigns ( brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital)

• Identify new markets/clients, ensure smooth operations, and optimize company profitability • Collaborate full sales team to continually improve the effectiveness of our sales (improving processes, developing client personals, campaigns, promotions etc.)

• Plan, elevate and manage sales forecast to achieve sales target.

• Other related duties assigned as per interview with our Managing Director.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in management capacity, overseeing sales channels.
• Experience with fashion, beauty and retail companies will be advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
