Requirement:

• Prefer Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Computing/Software) or equivalent.
• Prefer 5 Years or above experience in embedded system design, electronics hardware and software development or sales and marketing
• Candidate must have good understanding about electronics system, architecture and be able to understand clearly the hardware or software with less guidance. Knowledge with related developments tools and programming language like C, Python is basic requirement
• Candidate must be active and quick learner, and fearless of new things
• Candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin will be preferred, as they will be required to liaise with our R&D team in Shanghai & Fuzhou, China.

The Sales Manager will lead and drive day-to-day sales operations across various brick-and-mortar channels, including mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers. This role requires a strong leader to manage a distribution team focused on meeting KPIs in dealer sell-out, market inventory control, profitability, stock aging, and receivables and payables (AR/AP). This position will also focus on optimising the distribution budget to achieve ROI targets and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities across physical retail channels, ensuring smooth operations with mass merchandisers, independent dealers, and wholesalers.
• Team Leadership: Lead the distribution team to meet and exceed KPIs related to sell-out, inventory control, profitability, and stock aging. Provide direction, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Budget Management: Manage the distribution budget effectively to maximise ROI and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with both internal departments and external stakeholders to support channel and product sales goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement changes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analytics by channel and product to understand business performance, generate insights, and recommend strategies for profit growth. Prepare and consolidate detailed reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Query.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a solid understanding of the market dynamics and channel operations.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data consolidation and analysis (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Query functions).
• Leadership Experience: Prior experience managing a team of sales managers or executives, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve performance targets.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and develop actionable strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build relationships with stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Bring samples & catalogs to client's home for curtains/ blinds selection

• Measurement of client's windows for quotation

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships

• Provide & promote products to potential clients

• Attend to walk-in clients in showroom

• Reach out to clients for referrals

• Follow up with customers from start of service to completion of handover and after sales service to ensure great client satisfaction

• Manage day-to-day administrative duties such as preparation of quotations, payments, etc

• Schedule installation or changes of appointment with clients

• Handle client's feedbacks and issues

• Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Must be hardworking, sales driven and independent

• Sales experience required

• Have own vehicle will be recommended

• Interior design or former curtains sales experience will be a bonus

• Must be willing to travel islandwide for sales appointments
