Reporting to the Team Leader, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Financial Advisory and Tax (FA&T) and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and administer client’s accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, MAS reporting, GST reporting and payment administration.
• Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration, MAS and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director’s Report).
• Assist clients with accounting, payroll, MAS and GST related issues.
• Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

Key requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least one year of working experience in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pay attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization and work to meet tight deadlines.
• Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

· Prepare and review financial forecast, update and monitor cash flow projection from reporting entities, complete actual - forecast variance analysis and identify the reasons.

· Co-ordinate and address issues arising from the internal and external audit.

· Preparation of financial statements, group consolidation and SGX results announcement.

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial reports and systems.

· Assist the Senior Financial Controller in relation to work-related field and any ad hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and support financial and management reporting functions of designated companies
• Responsible for the preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial and management reports, forecasts and annual budgets
• Must provide maintenance of proper accounting records, payment control, ensuring GST compliance
• Other ad-hoc work duties

Requirements:

• Minimum recognised Accountancy Degree
• Candidate who has previous accounting experiences in the Big Four will be preferred
• Equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Handles full sets of Accounts
• Experience in using XERO or SAP
• Knowledge of Computerised Accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
