The primary goals for the Sales and Strategic Accounts Director are to hunt and generate new business for eBaoTech’s InsureMo platform and drive growth of key strategic accounts in SEA and India. • Utilise data analytics to measure the success of digital campaigns and optimise strategies for improved outcomes.

Digital & Social Media

• Develop and coordinate social media strategies to engage alumni across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and WeChat.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Amplify and celebrate achievements by alumni on social media.
• Oversee revamp of department website

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of proven track record in a marketing or communications function with at least three years in a leadership position.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage concurrent projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
