Risk Management

• responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the firm relevant to the role.
• awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the firm and how performance of the role is involved in managing them;
• the ability to interpret the firm’s financial information relevant to the role, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
• Support risk control ownership under the Group’s Risk Management Framework (including relevant Operational Risk Framework ownership for FMC.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of master agreement documentation negotiation experience either from a legal or non-legal background
• Good to have experience working on Reps & Warranties Letters , MCA
• Prior experience with ISDA, CSA, UMR documentation VM / IM CSA, GMRA, GMSLA
• Strong knowledge of master agreement documentation typically entered into by the Bank; including but not limited to ISDA, CSA, GMRA , GMSLA and UMR/IM documentation
• Strong understanding of legal risks associated with master agreement documentation.
• Ability to work with stakeholders situated in other jurisdictions to negotiate master agreement documentation as efficiently as possible within agreed risk parameters.

Job description

• Responsible for business development for airfreight, ocean freight and contract logistic within the GFS network of countries that may or may not include Singapore
• Develop and implement sales development strategy considering Big Deal capabilities, trade lanes and business plan to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Identify and jointly develop differentiators with internal stakeholders that will increase our new customer acquisitions and retentions e.g. IV specialisations and solutions etc
• Identify and win new customer opportunities by developing a strong pipeline and executing the opportunity win plan well
• Establish and manage network of customer contacts in order to build relationships and trust between Big Deal and the customer at various levels
• Drive strategies to establish value-creating partnerships with customers
• Transform discussions of potential opportunities into actionable future plans with customers
• Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Optimise GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements
• Write up SOP for each secured customer and go through SOP with concerned operational parties to ensure that all understand the required processes
• Facilitate in resolving service issues with the customer as appropriate and requested
• Update all sales activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely monthly sales reporting to the CCO and country / global management

Qualifications and Experience
• Ability to speak in Bahasa Indonesia language is required, as the role requires to be dealing regularly with indonesian client and coutnerparts
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as required
• Proven experience in regional business development and strategic account management
• Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals
• A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs, present appropriate solutions and close business
• Must have experience in working within a multi-national / cultural environment
• Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive profitable revenue from multiple accounts
• Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills
