Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

• Support DD(Pre-Ops) in the project management of new sites for Senior Care Centres (SCC) and Active Ageing Centres (AAC).

• Coordinate with MOH on the licensing of the new centres.
• Any other duties required by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in setting up of new Senior Care or Active Ageing Centres.
• Meticulous and possess facility management and interior design skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

I. ACCOUNTING

· Manage full accounting functions - Including AR-billing, Credit control, Payment, GL, Journal entries, Bank reconciliation, Month-end closing, Stocks, Fixed assets, Reconciliation of AR/AP

II. PAYROLL & HR (Currently 21-24 Headcounts)

· Involve in recruitment, new staff’s on/off-boarding

· Prepare employment contracts

· Coordinate new/renewal WICA, PA, Foreign worker medical plan & Foreign worker bond

· Coordinate medical check-up for foreign workers

· Manage EP/SP/WP application, issue passes, renewal of passes, pass termination, appealing for rejection etc.

· Updating of annual leaves, medical leaves, childcare leave in payroll system.

· Prepare monthly payroll, including calculation for OT, standby allowances and CPF submission

· Coordinate staff training (including applying for training grant)

· Coordinate performance appraisal

· Prepare IR8A, IR21, AIS submission, etc.

· Liaise with dormitory operator/landlord on payment and issues arising between workers and the dormitory/accommodation

· Review & update the Employees’ handbook

· Filing of govt-paid childcare leave, parental leave etc. from the government portal

· File waiver of foreign worker levy

· Update MOM on changes on addresses, downward salary adjustment etc. for foreign worker

· Other tasks assigned by supervisor

III. Administrative

· Manage all day-to-day office administrative matters i.e. copier issues, printing of name cards, forms, purchase stationeries, office rental matters etc.

Requirement

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Business studies/Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in full sets of accounts
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Payroll & human resources
• Experience in ABSS Premier Accounting/Info-tech Accounting and Million Payroll will be value added, but not necessary
• Familiar with Employment Act, CPF act, GST filing, Accounting Standards

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The Senior Sales Executive is the client expert within the geo-market and acts in conjunction with regional leadership and the internal teams to set the strategy, identify opportunities and close the sales for each target client.

Responsibilities:

Sales Opportunities Creation: Develop a personal network of senior managers within the KBC’s target sectors and represent KBC at business sector events. Obtain market intelligence, promote the organization, and enhance its reputation.

Sell Customer Propositions: Lead a cross-functional internal team (e.g., technical, commercial, and legal) to configure complex, tailored and/or bespoke product-and-services solution, and associated contractual terms, that meet the customer's mid- to long term needs. Negotiate agreement with the customer, and internally with commercial colleagues, to ensure that customer requirements are met at an acceptable level of profitability and cash flow, escalating issues to regional management where appropriate.

Promoting Customer Focus: Develop internal marketing plans and work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships.

Customer Relationship Management / Account Management: Develop and implement relationship management plans for target customer accounts, to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Maintain relevant data and records within KBC’s corporate CRM system.

Operational Compliance: Comply with all KBC policies and procedures, acting as a role model to other members of the team.

Personal Capability Building: Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Education:

Technical experience is essential with BS or MS degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering qualification preferred.

Experience:

• APAC regional cultural awareness required. Knowledge of and demonstrable sales experience in APAC markets is essential.
• Strong sales/commercial and delivery background, and a good understanding of the hydrocarbon industries.
