A. Job Description

The Operation Executive provides admin and technical support to the team. He will help to organise and support training programmes of Caring for Life (CFL), for people with suicide ideation and community carers. • Implement and oversee improvement to laboratories

Responsibilities:

Research Grant Administration:

• Provides effective administration of research grant call applications and management of awarded grants

Communication of Research Information

Requirements:

The Raffles Service Executive delivers friendly and professional service that meets guest’s call experience expectations and is able to answer all types of enquiries.

The position offers a centralised communication service in an efficient manner supporting all departments of the Hotel and is supervising Raffles Service Agents ensuring every call meets the standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handles guest comments competently and swiftly.

Your Background
