ISAP/ITS Department Overview

ISAP IT Production Centre is an offshore delivery center managing IT Operations (RUN) for Paris, London and Asia. With over 250 people, it constitutes one of two main hubs for CA-CIB IT production teams. This setup is operated in partnership with a Service Provider, who provides most resources on site.

ISAP IT Production Centre is split in 4 departments covering the following aspects:

• INFRA: core infrastructure- systems and network services
• APS: application technical support

Position

The Head of Section for Data Security Services manages the RUN team and the related activities to data and endpoint security. He/She is the main point of contact for the service provider and the internal clients in the bank. He/She manages the budget for the scope. He/She is also responsible for the transition of the new services from other regions to Singapore and manages the project/transition. Job Purpose:

Working closely with the CFO, the role would be responsible for developing and managing the financial reporting, budgeting, accounting and control processes across the trading business group including the branches, rep offices and the subsidiaries. Broad Responsibilities:

MIS, Financial Accounting & General Management

· Develop policies, standards and guidelines in respect of accounting procedures, concepts and methodologies.

• To sort the daily paperwork according to the outlet cashier shift close report and pass on the paperwork to the respective colleague from AR and Income audit.
• To key in the credit card transactions base on credit card type onto the excel provided. To resolve the variance of credit card transaction on the same day if there is any variance arise.
• To save all the credit card reports from Adyen portal (Acquirer) on daily basis.
• Ensure that all credit card transactions are verified for completeness and the accounts formally reconciled on a daily basis.
