• Ability to lead and manage a team of 2 to 4 people
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, candidates with CPA / CA is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the construction/engineering industry
• Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.
• Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred
• Dependable, exercising discretion and confidentiality.
• Good inter-personal, leadership and teamwork skills.

• Establish and articulate a concise product strategy and roadmap for credit and services offerings.
• Perform thorough market research to pinpoint potential opportunities and threats.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and continuous enhancements thereafter.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in project management and product development.
• Proficient in MS Office.
