Overview

We are seeking candidate for the position of Technical Delivery Manager, who can also support Domain Architect functionality. This role is to engage in various projects for strategizing the solution & perform impact assessments for Financial Technology Systems. This role will be seconded to our Client (Financial Bank).

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

· Working closely with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical & delivery constraints

· Analyzing stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to create a future state architecture vision for one or more parts of the enterprise with a focus on reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, reuse, reduced risk and/or improved business capabilities

· Reviewing application design, problem ticket and incident to propose short term and long term resolution to fit with the domain roadmap

· Guiding and challenge the project on architecture and design decision

· Governing the technical debt of the domain

· Reviewing non-functional requirement and proposed architecture changes to anticipate evolving non-functional requirements

· Developing architecture principles and standards

· Communication the principles, standards, visions and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified

· Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions

Technical Skills & Experience:

· At least 10 years or overall experience.

· Worked in technical domain architect role will be huge advantage

· Analytical skills

· Presentation skills – both verbally and Microsoft powerpoint

· Experience in delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions, both in-house built and 3rd party vendor products

· Familiarity with one or more formal Architecture frameworks / Methodologies (TOGAF, Zachman, BIAN, etc)

· Practical experience in data modelling, object modelling, design patterns and Enterprise Architecture tool or other software modelling tools

· Familiarity with heterogeneous technology platforms such as Unix/Linux, Windows

· Familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools for the entire solution lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and operations

· ETL tools, Oracle 19c (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL), APIs

Functional Expertise:

· Implementation / Maintenance experience in Finance/Risk/Regulatory systems

· Knowledge on transaction data models, interface patterns and external integrations

· Ability to understand the banking products, familiar with the regulatory requirements and propose the functional enhancements as roadmap for the Bank

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain

· Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to in accordance with internal service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supports employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services including probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of employment contract terms, and retirement and re-employment
• Also be responsible for driving projects that leverages on technology to achieve work efficiency
• Manage, coach and develop the team members in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team
• Ensure the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, and design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements
• Actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
• At least 8 years of HR experience of which 5 years are HR Operations experience and with in-depth knowledge of employee life-cycle administration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people-manager role.
• Prior HR shared services experience in large scale corporations will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of RPA tool and prior hands-on experience in implementing RPA projects.
• Able to identify, drive and see through the implementation of work improvement projects.
