The Responsibilities –

• Product: Manage product life cycle/ product& price positioning.

This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will focus on enhancing the SOW based Digital IT Services and technology talent management services businesses of Sciente International in SG.

• Client Engagement & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT projects and tech talent requirements, challenges/needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with client managers to clarify their requirements and make sure a common understanding.
• Adopt a consultative approach to act as advisors for our clients.
• Work with internal talent acquisition team and do assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles/scope of work.
• Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed summaries and recommendations to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Facilitate the interview process for potential tech professionals, ensuring delightful engagements.

• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategies and provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 4-6 years of total relevant experience in IT services / talent management / tech recruitment / IT staff augmentation services within Singapore.
• Minimum 3-4 years of local work experience in client services/client account management are very much required.
• A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
• Essential qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in engaging with client managers, adopting a consultative approach to understand their project requirements.

As the Project Manager for Clinical Systems, you will lead a team in implementing and managing clinical IT projects within the healthcare organisation. Specifics

• Managing SATA’s existing clinical applications and implementing new IT systems, gathering user requirements ensuring that system implementation meet users’ requirements. Manage and provide guidance to the application team.
• Project Management: Develop and document project objectives, scope, stakeholder involvement, cost-benefit analysis, outcomes, and key deliverables. Work closely with process owners and stakeholders to integrate technical and application components to identify solution to meet business process requirements.
• Project Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements. Ensure proper documentation of the new/existing system specifications, software change management and control procedures for all systems.
• Resource and Budget Management: Plan and manage project resources, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Data & Cyber security: Ensure system adhere to healthcare regulations and standards, such as PDPA, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other data protection laws relevant to clinical information systems.
• Vendor Relations: Manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) for systems and solutions support. Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches, upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
• Management Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, issues, and changes to management and committees.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies and collaborate with stakeholders on emerging technology initiatives. Identify, source and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions that add value to SATA’s future operation needs.

Job scope (Bowling):

• Manage the daily operations and upkeep of the facilities at the Bowling Centre.Operate the cashier counter, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.
• Foster positive relationships with Club members, guests, and the public through exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that all bowling leagues and competitions adhere to the established game rules.
• Maintain and update records for bowlers, including handicaps, league standings, competition results, and championship outcomes.
• Assist the Supervisor in monitoring and managing stock, equipment, and stationery to ensure sufficient levels for daily operations.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, organization, and billing for corporate events, and provide a monthly report.

Job Scope (Main lobby):

• Manage phone calls and address inquiries regarding the Club’s facilities and events.
• Process applications for Club programs and handle inquiries and bookings for facilities.
• Perform cashiering tasks.
• Provide membership services, including the collection of membership fees.
• Execute administrative duties such as securely managing and documenting key issuance and handling other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
