Our client is a well regarded International Contractor with a strong construction portfolio in public sector and private projects. They have recently been awarded a new MRT project and are seeking a QAQC Manager.

• This is a site based role with hands-on QAQC scope involved
• Implement site quality assurance and quality control systems according to company’s quality standards
• Prepare and plan schedule including manpower requirement, inspection arrangement according to authorities’ compliance
• Formulate and execute Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test, and Method of Statement, weekly / monthly / quarterly QAQC reports
• Lead QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades
• Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions
• Provide insight for defects and recommend preventive
• Conduct internal Quality Audits and liaise with authorities to achieve target score

Requirements:

• Min 5-8 years of QAQC or auditing experience with civil project experience
• Knowledgeable in quality management system (e.g: ISO 9000), BCA requirements, contracts specifications

Their global subsidiaries are located in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany, with around 1,500 employees worldwide. Their target is to act closely with our customers, manufacturers for simplifying order receiving and maintenance system. Then, they are looking for an account sales manager who is able to develop and expand the business.

Your main tasks are particularly the following:

• Acquisition and having business negotiation with customers in the field of the Semiconductor industry
• Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts

Job Scope

• Awesome command of English (bilingual is a plus), solid interpersonal and persuasion of oral and written skills.
