Job Description:

· Assist in preparation of full set of accounts; maintains all ledgers, journals and other accounting records of the company with full compliance to the group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards

· Ensure all disbursements for staff claims are processed timely and accurately and are in compliance to company policies and regulations. Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment issues

· Assist in preparing audit schedules; controlling compliance procedures, managing annual audit, liaise with external auditors

· Assist in corporate secretarial work

· Assist in HR and admin matters

· Monthly Intercompany billings and reconciliations

· Prepare and submit monthly GST report, knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax is advantageous

· Develops and oversees the production of internal reporting formats/standards

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting, has at least 8 years’ accounting experience in trading industry

· A hands-on person with initiative, confident and able to communicate effectively with all levels

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Competent in PC accounting software

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge in excel and power B1 particularly in pivot and V-lookup is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team in bringing the world's largest and most impactful FinTech event to life. You will be responsible for identifying new targets and leads in the burgeoning FinTech space, alongside developing new business as well as nurturing existing accounts to ensure future growth. The team is looking for someone with a passion for winning and delivering results for our customers. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
• Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

• To prepare and analyze Financial and Cash Flow projections for RWS expansion project.
• To prepare, analyze and maintain key financial information & statistics to facilitate Business Units in their decision-making process for RWS expansion project.
• To review the financial risk assessment on potential tenderers involved in RWS expansion project.
• To devise and maintain database for analysis and projection purposes.
• To participate and contribute insights in asset capitalization process, system enhancement and process automation/improvement initiatives.
• To participate in User Acceptance Test for any system enhancement projects.

Job Requirements

• To prepare and ensure there are sufficient food items and non-food items to serve to customers
• Cooking – responsible for checking of oil condition, follow standard of procedures for frying and grilling of food and other food items
• Responsible to ensure food hygiene and cleanness of the kitchen to provide safety to both our company employees and customers
