Job Description:

In this role you will play an important part in expanding and developing business by identifying opportunities, positioning products effectively, and driving growth; get to shape and implement new sales strategies and build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day-to-day tasks will include:

• Lead the sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Stay up to date with the market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and tailor our approach accordingly.
• Be responsible for commercial activities within the region.
• Prepares sales forecasts and actively follows up on growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales from a Freight Forwarding company. Experience from LCL shipping is beneficial.
• Good negotiation skills, great social abilities, and creativity when finding new solutions.

Responsible：

The Construction site Manager shall be responsible for the planning and execution of the construction works, managing construction supervisors and managing temporary works, and ensuring the construction works are executed in accordance with the contract specifications.

Lead and manage a team of project engineers & supervisors for the construction scope of works

Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for the construction activities

Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures

Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs); maintain up-to-date county, municipal, and state licensing

Communicate with customers regarding products and services

Experience & Education:

· The candidate shall have a minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, of which about three (3) years shall be in managing the construction of projects of similar size and complexity to the project

· Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering degree holder
