RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive customer issue resolution activities following the claims management process, i.e. root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, and factory process / quality controls improvements to prevent recurrence of problems and efficacies of detection.
• Process field claims in a timely manner for resolution.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

We are looking for Marine Senior Service Engineers for commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of marine Generator. Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience with assembly and repair of Marine Generator, and/or familiar with marine electronics and automation systems.

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing ocean going vessels with on-site and remote technical assistance regarding water and chemical treatment asset protection program adherence, energy management programs, cleaning solutions, welding, refrigeration and sealing products and installation services and repair of equipment. Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinating for following Hospitality Arrangements :

• Arrangements for hotel accommodation for Superintendents, guests and block arrangement for crew (Cruise ships)
• Arrangements for transport for Superintendents e.g. car rental, airport transfer & cabs
• Arrangements for courtesy to be sent to Guests and Superintendents
• Allocates and housekeeping for Superintendents’ Offices and VIP rooms, including the following :

i. Arrangements for PCs and fax machines to be set-up in Superintendents’ offices

• Oversees the management of canteen e.g. food service standard, cleanliness, housekeeping and price control

• Carries out costing for promotional items and VIP room dining
• Responsible for procurement and stock control of corporate gifts, souvenir and promotional items
• Recording of all bookings/orders for hotels, transport, etc

3. Coordinating the Arrangements of Customers’ Functions/Events e.g.

• ASMI Dinners
• Christmas and New Year Parties (Gifts, cards, lunches, decorations)
• Superintendents’ birthday arrangements (Cards)

4. Cultivate Relationships with customers

• Morning and afternoon rounds to Superintendent’ offices to monitor customer feedback
• Attendance at lunches dinners, Sundowners and other functions
• Manages hospitality programmes for in-house Superintendents e.g. :

i. Bookings of restaurants for Superintendent and PMs

ii. Arrangements for VIP lunches and dinners for the Shipyard. Organising of recreational activities

5. Ensure that customers’ complaints / feedback is channelled to relevant departments for action

6. Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Occupational Safety and Health and Environment Regulations

We are looking to welcome a Customer Service Representative to join our Global Customer Service Department. You will work as an integral part of the department by providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers and report to the Customer Service Manager.

What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, and in person through to resolution in line with policies/procedures, KPI’s and Customer First training best practices. Striving to increase customer satisfaction/first-time resolution and reduce the need for customers to contact.
• Take responsibility for the processing of orders, invoices, quotes, returns and claims in a timely and accurate manner, responding appropriately and swiftly to queries, problems and special requests from customers, accelerating these to team leaders and managers where appropriate.
• Resolving product or service problems/queries by clarifying customer issues, determining the root cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting corrections/adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
• On the back of customer contacts review the customer self-help portals (where they exist) and suggest new content or amendments to the relevant team.
• Managing day-to-day business processes, liaising with other departments where appropriate.
• Suggesting amendments to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Customer Service Management

4. Maintain high standards of customer service quality and consistency by adhering to Retail Banking service and operational guidelines as well effective use of customer service tools and technologies

Complaint Management

1. Ensure complaint and issue highlighted by Customer are being resolved  timely. Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues/complaints to Supervisor for immediate attention and resolution.

Branch Operations

1. Support the daily operations of the branch and other branches (in the event of inadequate resources) to ensure smooth functioning which includes the following activities:

1. Verify customer’s identification and ensure proper authorization and documentation for any transaction requests
2. Handle cash management tasks including deposits, withdrawals and reconciliations
3. Account Opening
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
5. Any other activities prescribed in the Branch Operational Manual

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management protocols and internal bank procedures within the branch

• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and related equipment

Job Duties and Responsibilities
