Summary

The Customer Services Officer is responsible for the management of customer requests and for providing assistance to customers at check-in counters. He/she manages flight requests, verifies travel documents and works with other departments to resolve customer issues. MRO Operation Support

· Design and create tooling drawing to support MRO activities. Tooling includes assembly jigs, ground support equipment, shop tooling aids, machining fixtures, handling tools, etc.

· Create drawing and guidelines for tooling set-up and utilization.

· Liaise with internal and external machining facilities for tooling fabrication.
