What we are looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in any Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering Discipline
• Related experience working in the medical device industry for at least 6 years is highly preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Experience in technical support including technical training.
• Knowledge of implementing production equipment for medical endoscope
• Knowledge of the structure of the medical endoscope
• Good in hand-skill and eyesight
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and its applications
• Possess good communication skills and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and work with staff across different age groups.
• A team player with the zest to learn and can work with minimum supervision.
• Fluent in English and Japanese is mandatory for daily communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, branch offices, and business partners.

An exciting role within our Customer and Service Excellence team that supports the GetGo Singapore community. Reporting to the Community Management Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various business functions such as Finance, Customer Experience and Enforcement. You will adopt a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers across their journey with GetGo.

Day to Day Activities

• Proactively support our users in lost and found cases and ensure log entries are accurate
• Review, resolve, and respond to GetGo customer(s) disputes submission within a defined timeframe
• Process reimbursement submissions by users and ensure accurate verification
• Verification process includes verifying photo evidence submitted to match booking records
• Correspond with users to request for additional information, i.e. photo evidence, booking or payment details
• Execute exceptional handling for pre-defined cases referencing on existing procedures and processes
• Manage reimbursement and disputes using Google Sheets, and instruct Finance to process reimbursement payments once verification is complete

As a Service Manager - High Voltage , primarily you will implement Service strategy in line with Hub and GPG strategy and drive Service growth locally in Singapore for the combined resources of business unit. This role will lead the Service organization and take responsibility for Service Sales, Operations.

The incumbent will be responsible on profitability and cash flows , and a complete Profit and Loss responsibility. Optimum utilization of resources with an eye on any under absorption.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of the Service strategy condition assessments, AIS/PASS/GIS Systems diagnostics, Digital portfolio, tool pool setup and control etc and ensure corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization leveraging on the synergies between PGHV.
• Drive, implement, report and monitor performance targets as part of the local unit P&L (OPQ, OTD, CCRP’s, Orders, revenue, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
• Run the day-to-day Service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity, implement agreed delivery and performance standard to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
• Execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit and implement productized Service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in Service Sales to increase market penetration. You will build sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with Sales and support Sales resources in customer meetings.
• Drive consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)) and invest in improving the quality of existing Service products and in developing new Service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
• Take responsible for health and safety of the local Service Unit People leadership and development, ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, directed, guide, motivate, develop direct and indirect subordinates and improve training, develop capabilities and competencies.

Your background:

• University degree in bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in High Voltage industry of 44kV and above
• Competent knowledge of the high voltage industry in Singapore

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
