Job Descriptions

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Inform customers about the day's specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software,order slips or by memorization
• Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Ensure Cleanliness of the Restaurant Serving Area and Toilet

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
• Basic math skills
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit

Benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services related to our power generation products, including electrical and control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and control systems related to power generation products.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions to support customers and projects.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and product developments to provide informed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a task-oriented approach.
• Excellent customer service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation products.
• Experience with electrical and control systems, particularly with John Deere ECU and KDI ECU, is advantageous.
• Candidates with equivalent professional backgrounds will be considered.
