As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring timely delivery of a wide variety of workstreams, as well as defining, documenting, and implementing process improvements to raise efficiency and quality. Delivering in an Agile setting, you will be focused on our Customer Experience team and will have a major impact on key areas of the business.

We’ve grouped these teams together based on the KPIs they own, and each of these groups in turn has a dedicated leadership team. Role Responsibilities

• Delivering multiple projects simultaneously, including: defining requirements and timelines; developing and executing detailed plans; tracking projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, with the flexibility and agility to change and adapt as you go;

- Core food preparation duties include making burgers & dispensing drinks

- Carry out efficient and accurate delivery of customer order promptly within the established speed of service guidelines

- Promote new products and be knowledgeable on current promotions

- Be compliant with all government and BK policies/regulations

- Support the Restaurant Management Team and provide feedback to the Outlet Manager

- Maintain cleanliness within the kitchen and counter area with constant sanitisation

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

Job Requirements

The Role:

AECO is seeking an experienced contracts and commercial manger to negotiate, manage and deliver AECO’s growing set of positions and contracts in our renewable energy division and manage and deliver our commercial partnerships for distribution for renewables and non-renewables.

You will have significant commercial experience trade ranging from negotiating contracts with counterparties and supporting sales and procurement teams through to managing the execution and delivery of those bilateral contracts. Working closely with our legal, sales and procurement teams you will facilitate the delivery of commercial contracts and manage end-to-end commercial risk and profitability. You will manage our register of counterparties and supervise our contract book of deliverables and obligations across a range of assets and services.

You will also manage our distribution and partnership program, managing the contract delivery and compliance and qualification program for our AECO Parter program. The AECO Partner program operations in Australia, Philippines and soon Singapore and will manager a large number of distribution agents and partners. You will be responsible to manage the commercial compliance and obligations of this program and other contracts of AECO.

Ideally you will be legally trained and have experience in managing and delivering on contracts in a face paced commercial environment.

Experience in the services or commodities business would be advantageous.
