Seeking Singaporean to join as IT Service Admin for 1 year project

Work location : City Hall

Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm

If you possess work experience in raising requests and tracking assets in government work environment, you are the one we seeking for.

Primary Purpose:
Support Service Request and Asset Management for Client

Responsibilities:

• SR/Asset Admin
• Overall ownership of asset management and asset lifecycle management
• Managed physical asset and ensure accuracy of master asset database
• Manage issue of assets e.g. ipad, vpn tokens, secure thumbdrive to users
• Manage asset shipment to and from overseas users
• Manage asset in storeroom and perform weekly stock-take of assets in storeroom
• Liaise with relevant parties for disposal of asset
• Raise incidents, service request and change request for related IT service and Mobile devices, and its reporting
• Undertake change coordinator role to route Incidents/SR/CR to relevant parties
• Follow-up of incidents/SR/CR raised till closure
• Renew and update maintenance and service contracts info
• Identify and apply measures to ensure appropriate actions are taken during onboarding and offboarding process of users
• Perform review of user accounts reports and submission
• Consolidate data for security report submission
• Provide ad-hoc report when required
• Manage VoIP admin matters like assigning extension numbers
• Respond promptly to requests raised by requestors
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties, including service desk and liaising with hardware vendors

Requirements:

- Must have good Excel and also IT skills.

- Candidates with min 1-2 years experience in raising requests and tracking assets is at advantage. Experience in government environment would be good

- Proficient in communication skills as you need to communicate daily with users via Email & face to face.

- Willing to serve 2 months notice if join to work in this project.

1 Mainly in charge Purchase and Sales in Singapore and Operation in Overseas subsidies

2 To prepare documents for new subsidy set up

Sales forecasting locally and overseas

3 To Liase with suppliers and co-ordinate with other customer service in relations to sales matter, deliveries and operation

4 To Classify and create Inventory items, Non Inventory items and Service Parts Number for our Internal system.

5 Translate Englist to Mandarin documents

6 Review all documents, special the Mandrin Agreement and report to the Managing Director.

7 Handle the processing of order with accuracy and timelines

8 To prepare shipping documents and arrange for shipment overseas and local delivery.

9 Support Sales activities, part exchange and warranty issue of the

company through by telephone and emails

10 Co-ordinate customers returm or complaints and complete proper documents.

11 Arrange safety trainning course for Engineer to be on local and oversea sites.

12 To source Logistic for export and import matter

13 To prepare shipping documents and arrange shipments locall and oversea

14 To prepare and liaise company for events and tradeshow locally and oversea.

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Handle phone call enquiries of current and prospective members in respect to Airline industry programme.
• Provide accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets and effecting changes to schedules.
• Maintain member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics including send programme related collaterals and forms.
• Manages feedback/ complaints and liaise with backend support to resolve members’ issues.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ levels in any field.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in contact centre is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and amenable to work rotating shifts.
• Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.
• Possess strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems & recommend solutions.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
