As a member of our Client Service Team, you will be the professional and client-centric voice of Experian Credit Services Singapore, addressing enquiries, feedback, and disputes about our products and services through all communication channels (Emails, Calls and In-person). You will provide solutions in ways that best meet our customers’ requirements in accordance with our organization’s best practices and deliver best-in-class service experience to our customers. Scope of work

• Assist in set-up for opening, closing and general cleaning during operations hours
• Deliver quality customer service to all guests
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet
• Good customer service and good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment

Requirements

• Able to commit minimally 3 days a week (inclusive of 1 weekend)
• Able to commit to both day & night shifts till 2am
• Able to commit for at least 3 months

Permanent, Singapore-based Electronics Service/Application Engineer for Electronics Test and Measurement Instruments. 5 days week (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM) Located near Lavender MRT station.

· Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs either in house or on-site.

· Provide on-site implementation, commissioning, testing and system integration support.

· On-the-job training is provided.

Job Requirements:

· ITE /NiTEC, Diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering.

· Fresh graduate or 1 year or more working experience

· Preferable experience in Electronics Test and Measurement Instrument/Power Engineering/Battery

· Class 2/3 driver licence.

· Good work ethics and must be willing to learn and follow instructions
