Stock Take Requirements

• Ensure quarterly stock-take programme are performed on the spares inventory at Thales office and Authority sites.
• If there is deficiency of the stock during the stock taking, ensure these differences are documented and replenished into the spares inventory

Job Responsibility

• Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of DePuy and Ethicon Endo-Surgery products.
• Managing the tools upkeep and calibration.
• Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
• Managing Repair Centre Upkeep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
• Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
• Working with Synthes Switzerland and organizations for all repairs related work requirement.
• Using MD S&R to manage the repair activity.
• Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
• Up to 25% of international travel may be required.
• You might be required to work on weekend.
• Tracking warranties of instruments.
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
• Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs).

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and guide the service team on all technical aspects.

Systems Integration (SIN) contains the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements.
