Job Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing, merchandising, tour scheduling, and overall visitor experience at the Chinatown Heritage Centre.
• Provide exceptional customer service for admissions, bookings, registrations, and visitor inquiries.
• Ensure exhibits are well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
• Maintain all equipment and logistics, ensuring the security of items.
• Facilitate and liaise with tour guides for the commencement of guided programs.
• Attend all required training sessions and updates.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service.
• Handle feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Compile daily reports for the Centre Director and Manager.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tour management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards.
• Fluency in English and preferably one other language (e.g. Mandarin / Malay / Tamil), both verbal and written.
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Shift schedule

• Full Time: 930am to 730pm

Education

• A background in tourism and hospitality is preferred.

Key Responsibilies:

• Client Support and Relationship Management:

1. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling their day-to-day inquiries and requests.
2. Provide prompt and accurate responses to client queries regarding products, services, and order status.
3. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction.

• Order Management and Coordination:

1. Manage and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to fulfill customer requirements.
3. Monitor the progress of orders, resolving any issues that may arise.

• Issue Resolution:

1. Address client complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
2. Proactively identify potential issues and take action to mitigate them before they impact the customer experience.

• Client Feedback and Reporting:

1. Gather and report on client feedback, ensuring it is communicated to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
2. Prepare regular reports on account activity, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaboration and Cross-Department Communication:

1. Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.
2. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to resolve client-related issues.

We are looking for a Senior Service Staff who has rich experience with North Indian Dishes, Indian Authentic drinks and Alcoholic beverages.

· At least 2 years of working experience in Singapore in Restaurant management, Service and Bar tending

· Knowledge about various Authentic North Indian dishes

· Rich experience in preparing Indian Authentic Drinks, alcoholic and soft drinks

· Experience in classic cocktails is an added advantage

· Experience in order taking, billing and maintaining accounts is must

· Experience in Inventory management and vendor management

· Having related certifications in Hospitality Management will be added advantage

· Knowledge and Experience to introduce new drinks as “specials of the week”

· Ability to revisit and revise drinks menu to better suit the customer needs

· To maintain the supplies and inventory for the bar

· To speak English and Hindi fluently. Bahasa Malay & Chinese is added advantage

· To work with great team spirit with chefs and service staff

· To maintain Restaurant neat and tidy always as per SFA & NEA regulations to give best experience to dine-in customers
