Technical Helpdesk

1) Issue Management

a) Log all incoming calls and email and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident

processing.

b) Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents

2) Provide initial troubleshooting and support for incidents.

3) Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Application

Maintenance team and monitor progress.

4) Seek confirmation for closure from the user when resolution is provided.

5) Serve as the first point of contact for all incidents

6) Prepare issues statistic for reporting purposes.

7) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report Daily monitoring

8) Liaise with client to clarify issue and assign issue to team for resolution.

9) Track and report on issues resolution.

10) Assess common issues and suggest improvement points.

11) Track and report on day-to-day operations to maintain system stability

1. Frontline customer service positions

• Handle patient registrations, schedule appointments and booking of referrals
• Attend to clients’ enquiries and needs
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

2. Back-end Admin positions

• Data Entry
• Manage incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails
• Ensure that documents received are accounted for
• Organize documents and preparing forms
• Liaise with external parties
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A level
• No Experience Required
• Office hours and shift opening available
